I have done extensive research about a web developer. I have no interest what so ever about becoming a web developer. Upon research, I found that web developers can be found working in all types of organizations, including large corporations and governments, small and medium sized companies, or alone as freelancers. Some web developers work for one organization as a permanent full-time employee, while others may work as independent consultants, or as contractors for an employment agency.
I am a person that likes health related information, which means I would rather work in a hospital or clinic teaching someone how to better there health. The only thing about a computer that excites me is facebook because I get to contact my old friends, who I haven't seen since high school. I am not creative enough to become a web developer that would get the publics attention. I would never be able to come up with a site as interesting and exciting as facebook. Even though web developers do not have to have any form of educational or licensure requirements, this is an occupation that I would never pursue.
I am a happy go lucky people person who loves to meet new people and mingle face to face instead of meeting behind the scene. Each time I meet a person, I am known as the one with the smiling face. Web developers meet people one on one or work as a team, however, they are very skilled, creative, and talented. I am very talented as well, but I might design a gym for people who needs to tone their muscles, loose weight, or for various health reasons. I might even design a health program. Therefore, I will do better in the health field rather than
trying to becoming a web developer.
